We want to know what you think about the service you receive so that we can build on our successes and make improvements where they are most needed.
Your comments, compliments and complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence. If you do make a complaint your right to receive a good quality service will not be affected.
If you want to comment on a particular part of our service, for example suggest how we can improve, you can fill in our online comments, compliments and complaints form. We will ensure your comments are given to the relevant service. Comments are not treated as formal complaints.
If you wish to praise a member of our team, for example tell us how we’ve helped you, please fill in our online comments, compliments and complaints form. We will give your compliments to the staff responsible.
If you are not happy with something that has been done or left undone, contact us right away. If something has gone wrong it is often possible to put things right quickly if you let us know. Alternatively we may be able to explain why things have been done a certain way.
If you have contacted us and are still not happy with what we have done you can make a formal complaint to the Charity Trustees at the Registered Address.
A Trustee will contact you as soon as possible, and will ensure that your complaint is dealt with and any action necessary carried out.
